Rajarani-Music-Festival 2017



Rajarani Music Festival is organised by the Department of Tourism in association with various art and cultural organizations like Orissa Sangeet Natak Academi. The festival held every year in January at Rajarani Temple complex in Bhubaneshwar. Various famous vocalists and instrumentalists from across the country will perform at the Rajarani Music Festival

This year, Rajarani Music Festival 2017, will be conducted from 18-20 January 2017 at Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The festival will start with Hindustani Vocal concert by Ustad Rashid Khan, Kolkata. Live webcasting of the festival is available at webcast.gov.in/rmf/ .

Rajarani Temple

The Rajarani temple is an elegant example of great finesse in temple art architecture. The temple, dating back to the eleventh century, is set in open paddy fields, and the entire structure exudes grace and elegance. The temple is located in old Bhubaneshwar.
